Full Stack Developer (PHP/Laravel + React)

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our technology team in Kolkata. If you have hands-on experience with PHP (Laravel), React.js, MySQL, and REST APIs, and enjoy building scalable web applications, we'd love to hear from you.
Experience with AI-assisted development using Claude Code is mandatory.
This role is ideal for developers who enjoy solving real-world business problems while leveraging modern AI tools to improve development speed and code quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP (Laravel) and React.js
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs
- Work with Node.js and Express.js for backend services (where required)
- Write optimized SQL queries and manage MySQL databases
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver high-quality software
- Use Claude Code for code generation, debugging, documentation, and optimization
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices
- Use Git/GitHub for version control and team collaboration
- Troubleshoot issues and implement bug fixes

Eligibility
- 1.5–2 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Must be willing to work full-time from our Kolkata office
Good to Have
- Experience with Docker
- Basic Linux server knowledge
- Deployment experience on AWS, DigitalOcean, or Hostinger
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with CRM, ERP, SaaS, or enterprise applications
- Understanding of JWT/OAuth authentication
- Experience integrating third-party APIs (Meta, Google, Payment Gateways, etc.)
