As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the application system, ensuring seamless communication and support. This role is dedicated to maintaining high-quality service by accurately identifying client issues and designing effective resolutions. The practitioner continuously monitors system performance, collaborates with various stakeholders to address challenges, and contributes to sustaining the reliability of world-class systems. Attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential to anticipate potential concerns and provide timely assistance, fostering strong client relationships and operational excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective problem resolution.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify areas for improvement to minimize disruptions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining enterprise-level software applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards is advantageous.
