Job Title: Quality Control Executive / Quality Inspector

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Control professional to join our garments manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality at all stages of production, from raw material to final packing, as per company and buyer standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect fabric, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing quality
- Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken
- Monitor in-line and end-line quality checks
- Ensure quality standards and SOPs are followed on the shop floor
- Maintain quality check reports and inspection records
- Coordinate with production, cutting, and finishing teams
- Handle buyer quality requirements and internal audits
- Reduce rework, rejection, and wastage
- Train operators and helpers on quality standards
Qualifications & Skills:
- Any Degree / Diploma (Textile / Garments preferred)
- Strong knowledge of garments quality standards and defect types
- Good knowledge of measurements, trims, and finishing standards
- Ability to read and understand tech packs and quality specs
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Experience:
- Minimum 1–3years of experience in garments Quality Control
- Experience in innerwear / knitwear is an added advantage
Working Hours:
- Full-time
- As per company shift timing
