Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, conduct site visits, and assist customers throughout the buying journey. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a strong passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Management
- Handle walk-in customers, inbound inquiries, and generated leads.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to convert prospects into site visits.
- Generate leads through references, channel partners, and networking activities.
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM.
Customer Interaction
- Understand customer requirements, budgets, and preferences.
- Present project details, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
- Conduct project presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
- Address customer queries and objections professionally.
Sales Conversion
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist customers through booking and documentation formalities.
- Coordinate with CRM, Finance, and Documentation teams for smooth processing.
- Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and required documents.
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
- Provide market feedback to management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of leads handled

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
