The Customer Support Engineer / Customer Support Executive is responsible for supporting healthcare customers by ensuring successful deployment, adoption and ongoing utilisation of healthcare technology solutions. The role requires expertise in healthcare workflows, EMR/EHR systems, appointment scheduling, queue management, telehealth services, hospital operations, laboratory services, security compliance, user training and customer support excellence.
The candidate will work closely with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, telehealth providers and healthcare administrators to ensure seamless implementation, operational support, troubleshooting and continuous customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Product Deployment & Implementation
Support deployment and implementation of healthcare applications across hospitals, clinics,
laboratories and telehealth environments.
Coordinate configuration, setup, testing and go-live activities.
Assist customers during onboarding and post-implementation phases.
Validate successful deployment against business and clinical requirements.
Support software updates, upgrades and release management activities.
Appointment Management Systems
Configure and support appointment scheduling workflows.
Assist healthcare providers in optimising patient booking processes.
Support appointment reminders, rescheduling and cancellation workflows.
Troubleshoot scheduling-related issues.
Queue Management Solutions
Support digital queue management systems.
Assist healthcare facilities in reducing patient wait times.
Configure token management, patient flow tracking and queue dashboards.
Monitor workflow efficiency and recommend operational improvements.
EMR / EHR Support
Provide functional support for EMR/EHR systems.
Assist clinicians and administrative users in effective EMR utilisation.
Troubleshoot patient registration, clinical documentation and workflow issues.
Support healthcare interoperability initiatives and system integrations.
Coordinate with product and engineering teams for issue resolution.
Telehealth Services Support
Assist healthcare organisations in deploying teleconsultation platforms.
Support virtual appointment workflows.
Resolve audio, video, connectivity and platform-related issues.
Guide providers and patients on telehealth platform usage.
Monitor service quality and user experience
