We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with and support our Senior/Main Administrator in managing daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be an organized individual capable of handling student registrations, managing document couriers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist the Main Administrator in handling routine office tasks, managing daily schedules, and maintaining paperwork.
- Student Registration: Assist in the onboarding and official registration process for new students, ensuring all documentation is accurate and securely filed.
- Logistics & Courier Management: Coordinate the sorting, packaging, and dispatching of course certificates and important official documents to various branches.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in an administrative, front-office, or clerical role (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Skills: * Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
