Job Overview
DSCI is seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Specialist – Cyber Security Technology to lead cybersecurity skilling initiatives and industry engagements from its Mumbai office. The primary focus of this role is to drive capacity building in AI for Cybersecurity, Generative AI Security, AI-driven Threat Detection, Secure AI Adoption, and other emerging cybersecurity technologies. The incumbent will be responsible for designing and delivering advanced technical training programs, managing cybersecurity skilling initiatives, engaging with industry partners, and promoting adoption of next-generation cybersecurity practices across enterprises, academia, and government stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in modern cybersecurity technologies, with hands-on knowledge of AI-enabled security solutions, emerging cyber threats, and evolving security frameworks. The role demands excellent technical training, stakeholder engagement, and program management capabilities
Key Responsibilities
Lead DSCI's technical engagements with industry partners across Mumbai, with a strong focus on AI in Cybersecurity and emerging security technologies.
Design and deliver instructor-led training programs on topics including Generative AI Security, AI for SOC, AI-powered Threat Intelligence, Secure AI Development, Cloud Security, Zero Trust Architecture, Identity Security, Application Security, and AI Governance.
Develop and continuously update technical curricula, hands-on labs, demonstrations, and learning pathways aligned with the latest cybersecurity and AI advancements.
Manage end-to-end cybersecurity skilling programs, certifications, workshops, bootcamps, and enterprise learning initiatives.
Collaborate with technology partners, academic institutions, industry experts, and government organizations to promote AI-enabled cybersecurity capability development.
Research emerging cybersecurity trends, AI security risks, adversarial AI techniques, LLM security, autonomous security operations, and evolving threat landscapes to enhance training content.
Support cybersecurity innovation initiatives, technical communities, hackathons, Capture-the-Flag (CTF) competitions, and knowledge-sharing programs.
Build strong relationships with enterprises and ecosystem partners to expand DSCI's cybersecurity technology initiatives across the Mumbai region.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Information Security, or a related discipline.
2–3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, technical training, AI-enabled security solutions, or cybersecurity program management.
Strong understanding of modern cybersecurity domains including Cloud Security, Network Security, Endpoint Security, Application Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Threat Intelligence, Security Operations (SOC), Incident Response, and Vulnerability Management.
Demonstrated knowledge or hands-on experience with AI in Cybersecurity, including Generative AI, LLM Security, AI-assisted Security Operations, AI Governance, Prompt Security, or AI-powered security tools.
Excellent presentation, technical training, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with AI-powered cybersecurity platforms
Knowledge of LLM Security, AI Risk Management, Secure AI Development Lifecycle (Secure AI SDLC), AI Governance Frameworks, Agentic AI, Model Security, Adversarial Machine Learning, and Responsible AI
Experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI-native security solutions.
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks including NIST Cybersecurity Framework, MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP Top 10, and NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF).
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Security Copilot, Microsoft SC-200/SC-100, Google Cloud Security, CEH, Security+, CySA+, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
