Designation: Executive – Telecaller
Location: Sindhubhavan, Ahmedabad (Work from office)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Reporting To: Managing Director
Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with business owners, MSMEs, traders, manufacturers, distributors, and service providers. The role involves lead generation, scheduling product demonstrations, explaining LegAn’s business solutions, and supporting customer onboarding.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in speaking with business owners, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.
- Introduce about Company and explain its business benefits.
- Qualify prospects based on business requirements.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up on inquiries and existing leads.
- Maintain proper documentation of calls and client interactions.
Experience Details
- Total Experience: 1–2 years
- Preferred Industry/Company: Banking, Finance, Consulting
- Relevant Experience: Telecalling, Lead Generation, Customer Engagement
Requirements / Eligibility
- Throughout English medium studies.
- Must own a smartphone and vehicle.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to participate in social networking activities once a week (7:30 AM – 10:30 AM).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
