Salesforce Marketing Cloud QA Engineer r with min 5years of experience
Location Bangalore 3 days in a week from client office Must have
Develop maintain and enhance automated test suites using tools like Selenium Playwright or similar frameworks tailored for SFMC webcloud interfaces and APIs
5 years of handson QA experience with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud SFMC testing
Strong expertise in test automation for web applications and marketing platforms proven ability to build and maintain scalable automated suites
Experience with automation tools such as
oSelenium WebDriver Playwright with CucumberBDD with Gherkin for UICloudPages automation
oAPI testing tools Postman SoapUI
Deep understanding of SFMC core modules Email Studio Journey Builder Automation Studio Contact Builder Data Extensions CloudPages MobileConnectPush and integrations with Salesforce CRM
Proficiency in validating data flows SQL queries for Data Extensions AMPscriptSSJS basics and troubleshooting integration issues
Solid knowledge of QA methodologies AgileScrum test case design defect management Jira Salesforce and regression testing strategies
Experience with CICD tools and version control Git for test script management
Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills ability to collaborate across technical and nontechnical teams
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer Consultant or equivalent certification or willingness to obtain
Handson experience with AIdriven testing tools or lowcode automation platforms
Familiarity with SFMC APIs EventDriven architecture and tools like Query Studio or Automation Studio for test validation
Exposure to integrated environments Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud or external systems like ERPCRM
Knowledge of performanceload testing for highvolume campaigns a plus
