Job Title: Sales Executive – Interiors, Construction & Real Estate

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in interiors, construction, or real estate sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into clients through effective communication and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities
- Follow up on incoming leads (digital platforms, references, walk-ins, etc.)
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings/site visits
- Understand client requirements and pitch interior design / construction / property solutions
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to drive conversions
- Work closely with the design and execution team for smooth onboarding
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Maintain CRM and lead tracking systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Confidence in client handling and presentations
- Ability to understand client psychology and requirements
- Good knowledge of interiors / construction / real estate market
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in interiors / construction / real estate sales
- Graduate (any field)
- Comfortable with field work and client meetings

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
