Join our multidisciplinary
team to provide evidence-based occupational therapy for children with
developmental, sensory, neurological, or physical challenges. You will assess
needs, deliver targeted interventions, and support functional independence in
daily life, school, and play. Collaboration with paediatricians, specialists,
and families is central, with a focus on family-centred, holistic care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive pediatric assessments (fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, ADLs) using standardised tools.
Implement individualised, goal-oriented treatment plans.
Deliver direct therapy (individual/group), including sensory integration, handwriting remediation, motor planning, and adaptive strategies.
Train families and educators on home/school programs and environmental adaptations.
Monitor progress, adjust plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case discussions.
Maintain current knowledge of best practices and compliance with professional standards.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Freshers or Experienced.
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with pediatric assessment tools and therapeutic techniques.
Preferred:
Pediatric specialty certification.
Experience in early intervention, school-based therapy, or specialised areas (e.g., feeding, NICU follow-up).
Bilingual skills.
