We are looking for an HR Recruiter for a hospital setup who can manage end-to-end recruitment within defined TAT, maintain recruitment MIS, coordinate with departments, and ensure timely closure of vacancies. The candidate should have strong communication skills and be fluent in three languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for medical and non-medical positions.
- Ensure closure of open positions within defined TAT.
- Source candidates through portals, references and direct hiring channels.
- Schedule interviews with HODs and coordinate selection process.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS reports.
- Present recruitment status and hiring updates in review meetings.
- Follow up with selected candidates for joining formalities.
- Build candidate pipeline for critical and bulk hiring positions.
- Maintain candidate database and documentation.
- Ensure smooth onboarding coordination with HR team.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
