Key Responsibilities
· Campaign Management: Launch, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
· Strategy & Planning: Develop performance-driven strategies to achieve client goals (e.g., website traffic, lead generation, conversions).
· Audience Targeting: Create custom and lookalike audiences using Meta’s targeting tools.
· Creative Development: Design compelling ad copies and visual assets, collaborating with creative teams.
· Performance Optimization: Monitor daily campaign metrics (ROI, ROAS, CPM, CTR) and conduct A/B testing on creative and audiences.
· Reporting: Prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports offering actionable insights.
· Technical Setup: Implement and manage Meta Pixels and conversion APIs.
Qualifications
· Proven experience as a Meta Ads Specialist or in a similar performance marketing role.
· Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, and Audience Insights.
· Strong analytical skills to analyse data and improve campaign performance.
· Knowledge of industry trends and algorithm updates.
