Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days)
Primary / Key Responsibilities
1. Attending of chiller related BDC immediately to ensure immediate response time and re-solution time frames during All Working Days & holidays )
2. Generate a daily or time to time report of all the chillers with observation details, issues, WIP, pending points
3. To Schedule & carryout the PPM’s of chillers & share the reports - This will ensure better hold on chillers.
4. To Submit the preliminary RCA & incident report
5. Update the History card of all chillers on regular basis - Major repairs ( Non- regular cases )
6. Attending of any emergency complaints during non-working hours / holidays. (Based on availability resources)
7. Ensuring & Implementation of the best practices of Trane @ site.
8. Providing the EHS recommendations / observations if any
9. Repairing of all chillers minor & Major overhauling activity
10. Making of MOP required as per DC customer
11. Making of MOR report
12. Responsible for recommending proactive suggestion/Ideas to customer to improve the reliability & performance of Equipment’s installed DC.
13. Ensure the quality of work by reviewing technician work through visits and audits
14. Hands on Overhauling of all types of centrifugal, screw compressors
15. Raising stock request for all parts required for the major overhauling activity
