As a Research Associate in the project, you will work with Industrial Training Institutes. The project involves working with ITI Curriculum, Industry Linkages and Program Implementation.
This is a 1‑year position with a possibility of confirmation based upon review.
Responsibilities:

Review and analyse ITI curricula and training modules, with a focus on alignment with industry requirements.

Conduct field visits to ITIs and manufacturing units to document training practices, infrastructure, and shop-floor processes.

Engage with instructors, administrators, students, and factory personnel to collect qualitative and quantitative data.

Support program management activities which includes scheduling fieldwork and coordination with ITIs and Department.

Maintain detailed field notes, datasets, and research documentation.

Assist in drafting reports, briefs, and internal notes based on field findings.

Independently manage assigned tasks and field activities with minimal supervision.
