Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops.
- Perform repairs on laptop components such as motherboards, screens, and keyboards.
- Replace damaged or dysfunctional parts with new or refurbished components.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding laptop maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts inventory.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest laptop technologies and repair techniques.
- Test repaired laptops to ensure functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with other service engineers and technicians to solve complex issues.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in laptop repair or a related technical certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in laptop repair or a similar technical support role.
- Strong understanding of laptop hardware and software systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
