Job Description – Business Development Associate (CRM Lead Management)
Position: Business Development Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update all assigned leads in the CRM system.
- Ensure lead information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Track lead progress through each stage of the sales pipeline.
- Assign leads to the appropriate sales representatives as per the defined process.
- Monitor follow-up activities and ensure timely updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to maintain accurate lead status and customer records.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports for management.
- Identify duplicate or incomplete records and maintain CRM data quality.
- Ensure all customer interactions and activities are properly documented in the CRM.
- Support the sales team by maintaining an organized and efficient lead management process.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in CRM operations, sales support, or lead management.
- Freshers with good computer skills and CRM knowledge may also apply.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
