We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) who can manage client engagements across taxation, accounting, audit, compliance, and advisory functions while contributing to process improvement, workflow automation, and technology-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of finance and compliance, combined with a keen interest in leveraging technology to improve business processes and client service delivery.
- Manage client engagements related to taxation, accounting, audit, compliance, and advisory services.
- Handle statutory compliance, financial reporting, and client deliverables.
- Drive process improvement, workflow automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement technology-driven solutions.
- Participate in system development, digital transformation, and automation projects.
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax filings, and compliance documentation.
- Support clients with business process optimization and advisory requirements.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to independently manage client engagements and multiple priorities.
- Interest in technology adoption, automation, and process optimization.
- Experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Flow, or other Zoho applications.
- Exposure to workflow automation, dashboards, and business process design.
- Knowledge of APIs, software integrations, and data management concepts.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Experience with no-code/low-code platforms such as Make, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, Retool, Bubble, or Power Automate.
- Exposure to ERP implementations, automation projects, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Technology-first mindset with a passion for innovation and process improvement.
- Curious about automation, workflows, AI, and scalable business solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
