We are looking for a motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our dynamic and growth-focused team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and contributing to revenue growth through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and engage potential clients based on predefined target criteria.
- Conduct market and account research to identify key decision-makers, including Corporate Communications Heads, Marketing Heads, IT Heads, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Present and pitch Digital Marketing, Online Reputation Management (ORM), Brand Image Management, SEO, PPC, Website Development, and related services to prospective clients.
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline while ensuring consistent follow-ups with prospects.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with qualified prospects and support the sales team throughout the conversion process.
- Apply BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) qualification methodologies to identify high-potential opportunities.
- Achieve monthly targets related to meetings, opportunities created, and revenue closures.
- Prepare meeting summaries, sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance analyses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities and successful client onboarding.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales, preferably in Digital Marketing, ORM, or related services.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Website Design & Development, Social Media Marketing, and ORM.
- Experience selling services in both Indian and international markets.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to conversion.
- Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills with experience using cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify and penetrate small, medium, and large organizations to connect with decision-makers.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp Calling, and related platforms.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills for engaging with international clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Knowledge of consultative selling techniques and solution-based sales approaches.
- Experience handling international clients and cross-border business opportunities.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
