Manage daily broadcast operations including scheduling and radio clock management.
Oversee recording, editing, and quality control of all shows before airing.
Ensure programming aligns with community needs and regulatory guidelines.
KPIs: 100% adherence to broadcast schedule, Zero unplanned downtime, Timely delivery of edited shows.
Content Production & Creative Development ;-
Produce and edit radio jingles, advertisements, and promotional material.
Enhance station imaging with high-quality audio branding.
Support creative development of shows with engaging concepts and sound design.
Technical Operations & Support ;-
Provide technical support for studio equipment, broadcast systems, and editing software.
Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
Maintain logs of equipment performance and repairs.
KPIs: <2% technical downtime, Timely reporting and fixing of technical issues.
Training & Development
Deliver technical and creative training for RJs, interns, and staff.
Conduct regular workshops on editing, production, and broadcast handling.
Encourage self-sufficiency of RJs in technical operations.
KPIs: At least 2 training sessions per quarter, Improved RJ performance in technical handling.
Pay: ₹20,871.61 - ₹33,653.49 per month
