Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Medical Representatives to promote the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales. Freshers with a positive attitude and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and generate prescriptions for the company's pharmaceutical products.
- Meet doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals on a regular basis.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and communicate product benefits effectively.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Submit daily call reports and sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Ensure product availability by coordinating with stockists and distributors.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Com, BBA, or equivalent preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an added advantage.
