Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused E‑commerce Business Analyst who will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to define requirements, enhance digital commerce capabilities, and support end‑to‑end implementation of e‑commerce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with e‑commerce platforms, and the ability to convert business needs into scalable digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for e‑commerce initiatives.

Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process maps for enhancements and new features.

Conduct requirement workshops with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, IT, Customer Support).
E‑commerce Platform Expertise

Work with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, WooCommerce, Hybris, or similar.

Understand catalog management, pricing, promotions, checkout, order management, payments, and returns workflows.
Data & Insights

Analyze customer journeys, website performance, funnel drops, and conversion metrics.

Provide insights to improve digital experience, conversion, and revenue.

Collaborate with analytics teams to define dashboards and KPIs.
Project Coordination

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Support UAT planning, test-case creation, defect tracking, and release readiness.

Ensure solution delivery aligns with business expectations and timelines.
Process Improvement

Identify gaps in current e‑commerce processes and recommend improvements.

Support optimization of product listing, search, inventory reports, and order workflows.
Required Skills & Experience

4–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the E‑commerce / Digital Commerce domain.
