- Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or software faults and performing the necessary repairs to minimize system downtime.
- Keeping accurate records of all service calls, maintenance logs, and repair histories for compliance and warranty purposes.
- Assisting customers with inquiries, both on-site and remotely, and guiding them through basic troubleshooting steps.
- Gathering necessary diagnostic tools, spare parts, and safety gear before traveling
- Running system diagnostics and interviewing operators to identify the root cause of a failure.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Prepare project reports, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
- Support commissioning, testing, and maintenance activities.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
