Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Zoho Developer with strong expertise in Deluge scripting and the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Zoho applications, automating business processes, and integrating Zoho products with third-party systems to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize solutions within Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications.
- Design and implement workflows, blueprints, automation rules, and custom functions using Deluge scripting.
- Build and maintain custom modules, forms, reports, dashboards, and business applications.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms using APIs, webhooks, and REST services.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Zoho-based solutions.
- Perform data migration, validation, and system configuration activities.
- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize existing workflows and automations.
- Create technical documentation and provide support to end users.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve business processes through automation.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
- Proficiency in Deluge scripting.
- Experience with workflow automation, blueprints, custom functions, and validation rules.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with Zoho Creator application development.
- Understanding of database concepts and data management.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API-based integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Zoho One applications.
- Knowledge of business process automation and CRM implementation projects.
- Zoho certifications will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹60,209.03 - ₹65,118.88 per month
