Textile Coordinator

Job Summary
We are expanding our business into the textile industry and are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Textile Coordinator to support day-to-day textile operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in fabric sourcing, vendor coordination, order tracking, production follow-ups, and documentation while ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with fabric suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers for timely procurement.
- Track purchase orders, production status, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with vendors regarding material availability and dispatch.
- Maintain records of fabrics, trims, accessories, and inventory.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
- Assist in fabric sourcing, sample development, and product coordination.
- Monitor production timelines and update management on project status.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel and maintain proper documentation.
- Resolve vendor-related issues and ensure timely communication.
- Support day-to-day operational activities related to textile and garment production.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in the Textile or Garment industry.
- Basic knowledge of fabrics, garments, and textile production processes.
- Experience in vendor coordination and order follow-ups.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Textile, Fashion, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- Experience in textile sourcing, merchandising, production coordination, or procurement will be preferred.
- Local candidates from Raipur or nearby locations are preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
