Role: Operations Associate
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and student-focused Operations Associate to manage and support the student learning journey across our AI & Machine Learning programs.
This role involves close coordination with students, parents, instructors, mentors, and the research team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, timely progress tracking, and an excellent learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end student operations and coordination
Track student milestones, timelines, deliverables, and research progress
Ensure smooth execution of AI/ML classes, mentorship sessions, and research activities
Maintain operational reports, student updates, and documentation
Help improve overall student engagement and learning outcomes
Requirements:
-Excellent communication and coordination skills
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-Prior teaching or student management experience preferred
-Basic knowledge of Python, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning is a strong advantage
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
-Ability to work with flexible schedules based on operational and student support needs
Salary:
Approximately $800/month (based on skills and experience)
