- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting work experience.
- Prior work experience in manufacturing accounting is mandatory
- Experience in manufacturing/production industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, book keeping, and finalization of accounts.
- Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software.
- Ability to handle costing, inventory management, and statutory compliance.
- Experience working with a Chartered Accountant will be an added advantage.
- The role will be based at the factory; candidate should be comfortable coordinating with factory workers, including daily wage staff.
- Knowledge of Hindi will be an added benefit.
