We are hiring for our Costing & Budgeting team at Mahindra Lifespaces (Head Office).
Principal Accountabilities
Cost planning & budgeting for real estate projects
Quantification & BOQ preparation/review
Tendering, procurement support & rate analysis
Project cost control, variance analysis & reporting
Value engineering and cost optimization initiatives
Coordination with design, execution and procurement teams
Performance Measure of Success

B.E Civil
5 to 8 years of experience
