Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Operative Responsibilities:
- Prepare the operation theatre for scheduled surgeries
- Ensure all surgical instruments, equipment, and consumables are sterilized and available
- Verify patient identity, consent, and pre-operative checklist
- Assist in positioning and preparing the patient for surgery
- Maintain aseptic and sterile conditions in the OT
Intra-Operative Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and surgical team during procedures
- Handle surgical instruments and supplies efficiently
- Monitor patient condition in coordination with anesthetist
- Maintain strict infection control practices
- Ensure accurate surgical counts (sponges, instruments, needles)
Post-Operative Responsibilities:
- Assist in shifting patients to recovery room/ICU
- Monitor patient vitals immediately post-surgery
- Ensure proper documentation of surgical procedures
- Clean and prepare OT for next procedure
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
