Specialist Manager, Full Stack Web Developer
Seeking a full-stack web developer to lead the design and delivery of scalable digital solutions that advance business objectives and enhance user experience. This role combines technical execution with strategic partnership, influencing solution design, shaping development standards, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Key responsibilities include translating design concepts into high-quality applications, driving performance and security improvements, maintaining code quality, and supporting team capability through coaching and mentorship.
Work you'll do
- Build reusable code, components, and libraries for future use.
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional user interfaces.
- Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX concepts and front-end solutions.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Maintain high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
- Apply knowledge of front-end architecture, design patterns, and modern front-end technologies.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Use performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading and code splitting.
- Support planning for future technology needs and team skill development.
Team Management:
- Manage recruitment, performance management, stakeholder management, and training development to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Drive and implement corporate initiatives as needed.
- Communicate directly and candidly to support team development and improve department skills.
- Collaborate with back-end developers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries, including Node.js, React.js, and AngularJS
- Experience with MongoDB and MySQL
- 4+ years of experience with D3.js and data visualization tools
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines and containerization tools, including Jenkins and Docker
- Experience designing and implementing front-end test automation
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering
- 10-12 years of front-end development experience
- 6+ years of experience managing teams and departments
