CRM Executive – Job Description Position: CRM Executive Location: Nagpur Experience: Fresher & Experienced both can apply Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹25,000/month (depending on role & interview)
Key Responsibilities Handle customer calls, queries, and follow-ups. Maintain customer information and records in CRM software. Coordinate with sales and other departments. Follow up with existing and potential customers. Update daily customer interactions and reports. Build good relationships with customers. Resolve basic customer concerns professionally. Support the team in achieving customer-service and sales targets. Eligibility 12th pass / Graduate candidates can apply. Freshers are welcome. Good communication and basic computer knowledge. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. MS Office/CRM knowledge is an advantage.
