Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Water Purifier Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining RO, UV, and UF water purifiers at customer locations while ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install and commission domestic water purifiers.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing.
- Diagnose and repair faults in RO, UV, and UF systems.
- Replace filters, membranes, pumps, and other spare parts.
- Explain basic maintenance and usage to customers.
- Maintain service records and collect customer feedback.
- Follow company service standards and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Experience/ Fresher in servicing RO/UV water purifiers preferred.
- Freshers with technical knowledge are also welcome.
- Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing work.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
- Own smartphone for service updates is an advantage.
