SKLI Hotels Ltd is looking for a customer-focused and professional Front Office Executive to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
- Manage room reservations and maintain guest records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Address guest requests and concerns professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Higher Secondary, Diploma, or Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including night shifts when required.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
