Job Title: HR Intern (Recruitment & HR Operations)

early childhood development for children aged 0 to 6 years. Our science-backed,
holistic curriculum is designed to nurture cognitive, emotional, and psycho-social
growth across nine key developmental quotients. Zoodle Kid empowers parents with a
tailored curriculum validated by pediatricians, child psychologists, and education
experts, providing practical tools and age-appropriate learning materials. As we expand
from our headquarters in Mangalore, Karnataka, we continue our mission to make
quality early childhood education accessible across India through digital content,
educational products, and personalized support.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment
- Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
HR Operations
- Track employee attendance and maintain attendance records.
- Assist in leave management and leave record maintenance.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain HR files and employee records.
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative activities and reports.
Requirements :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
