We’re now looking for a Growth & Marketing Co-Founder who can take ownership of demand generation, positioning, growth strategy, and go-to-market execution.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
We’re looking for someone who can think like a founder, execute independently, and help build a category-defining SaaS business from an early stage.
What You’ll Own:
Growth & GTM Strategy
- Define and execute the company’s go-to-market strategy
- Build scalable acquisition channels for inbound and outbound growth
- Identify growth opportunities through experimentation and analytics
- Drive positioning and messaging strategy
Demand Generation
- Build and scale lead generation systems
- Own content marketing, LinkedIn growth, SEO, partnerships, and community growth
- Launch campaigns that generate signups, demos, and revenue pipeline
- Improve conversion across the entire customer journey
Brand & Positioning
- Shape the company’s voice, narrative, and market positioning
- Build authority in B2B sales, GTM automation, and AI workflows
- Lead website messaging, launch campaigns, and social presence
Revenue & Business Growth
- Work closely with founders on growth and revenue strategy
- Optimize CAC, activation, retention, and expansion metrics
- Build reporting systems and growth dashboards
- Support fundraising and strategic partnerships when required
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Have Experience
- Proven experience leading growth or marketing at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong understanding of outbound sales and GTM motions
- Experience scaling products from early-stage to meaningful traction
- Demonstrated success with one or more channels:
