Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Production Assistance: Assisting with daily production of breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies by measuring, mixing, and kneading dough.
- Station Setup & Cleaning: Preparing work areas, cleaning equipment, and maintaining high hygiene standards to comply with food safety regulations.
- Baking & Finishing: Operating ovens and machinery (mixers, sheeters), proofing dough, and decorating, icing, or filling pastries.
- Inventory Support: Assisting with inventory checks, replenishing ingredients, and organizing stock.
- Learning & Quality Control: Learning professional techniques from senior chefs, adhering to established recipes, and checking final product quality.
- Retail Support (Sometimes): Occasionally assisting with packaging, labelling, and displaying goods.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
