About the Role
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and performance-driven Social Media Lead to build and grow our social media presence across platforms. The role will be responsible for social media strategy, content planning, influencer and brand collaborations, performance analysis, and leading the social media team to deliver impactful outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Social Media Strategy & Planning
-Develop platform-specific social media strategies, content calendars, and campaign plans aligned with brand and business objectives.
-Identify priority platforms, audiences, trends, formats, and partnership opportunities to drive maximum visibility and growth.
Content Performance & Channel Management
-Drive growth in reach, engagement, followers, and community interaction through high-performing reels, posts, stories, and short-form video content.
-Ensure timely publishing and maintain consistency in brand tone, visual identity, messaging, and platform best practices.
Influencer Collaborations & Brand Partnerships
-Identify, onboard, and manage relevant influencers and creators, including briefing, scripting, approvals, deliverables, and performance tracking.
-Build and maintain an influencer roster while identifying high-performing creators and relevant brand collaborations for long-term growth.
-Plan monthly and long term brand collabs for the brand, with a clear rationale.
Analytics & Reporting
-Track social media performance across platforms and share weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
-Use performance data to improve content formats, campaign effectiveness, creator selection, and overall social media strategy.
Team Management
-Lead and mentor the social media team, ensuring clear ownership, timely execution, and high-quality output.
-Review team performance regularly and provide feedback to ensure the best outcomes from reportees.
Who This Is For
This role is for a creative and data-driven social media professional who can build engaging content, manage influencer collaborations, and lead a team to grow the brand’s social media presence. Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands will be preferred.
Prerequisite -
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Notion, or analytics tools
- 2-3 years min past experience of handling a brand.
Bonus(not mandatory)-
If the candidate creates content of their own or has handled any creator that's a plus.
