Operations Management
Coordinate day-to-day dispatches and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
Maintain clear visibility on inventory, stock levels, and order status.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth execution.
Logistics & Delivery
Prepare dispatch plans and follow up with transporters for on-time pickup and delivery.
Track shipments and update internal systems and customers.
Handle issues related to delays, damage, or re-routing as needed.
Customer Coordination & Support
Follow up with customers for delivery confirmation, feedback, and repeat requirements.
Serve as the first point of contact for all supply-related customer queries.
Ensure service level.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain dispatch records, delivery logs, and customer communication logs.
Generate daily/weekly reports on delivery status, delays, and customer feedback.
Update ERP/CRM tools regularly with order and shipment status.
Requirements:
1–4+years of experience in operations, dispatch, or customer coordination.
Strong command over MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP or inventory software.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills (email, phone, WhatsApp).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
