Network Development Executive

House Banao is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Network Development Executive to expand and strengthen our business network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners, contractors, architects, builders, and other industry stakeholders to generate business opportunities and drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new channel partners, dealers, contractors, architects, and builders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing business partners.
- Generate qualified leads and business opportunities through network development activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and growth opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, leads, and business activities.
- Follow up regularly with partners to strengthen engagement and business generation.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic sales and business development knowledge.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply and who are also comfortable with field work.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, channel management, or construction-related industries will be an added advantage.
