Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic 3D Generalist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about 3D design and eager to build their careers in the animation and gaming industry. The selected candidate will work closely with the creative team to develop high-quality 3D assets for various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 3D models for characters, environments, props, and assets.
- Perform UV mapping, texturing, and material creation.
- Set up lighting and render high-quality scenes.
- Assist with basic rigging and animation tasks.
- Optimize 3D assets for production workflows.
- Collaborate with the creative team to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Revise and improve assets based on feedback.
- Maintain organized project files and follow production standards.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Autodesk Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
- Understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or similar software.
- Knowledge of rendering engines such as Arnold, V-Ray, Cycles, or Redshift is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Unreal Engine or Unity is a plus.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Animation, Multimedia, Game Art, Visual Effects, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
- A portfolio showcasing academic projects, 3D models, renders, or animations.
- Internship experience is an added advantage.
