Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a Hotel Maintenance Technician for our 39-room hotel with a restaurant. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry work. Accommodation will be provided by the hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day hotel maintenance and repair work
- Electrical repairs (lights, switches, basic wiring)
- Plumbing work (leakages, taps, toilets, pipelines)
- Basic carpentry work (doors, locks, furniture repairs)
- Maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
- Respond quickly to maintenance issues reported by front desk
- Ensure safety and proper functioning of hotel facilities
- Swimming pool maintenance
Requirements:
- Previous hotel or building maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
- Ability to work independently
