Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, EPC, PMC, Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, and Corporate positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within defined timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining status.
- Generate and implement sourcing strategies for niche and bulk hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer roll-out processes.
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per client requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
- Maintain excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience in Consultancy, Staffing, EPC, Infrastructure, Construction, Manufacturing, or Engineering hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Immediate to 15 Days joiners preferred.
