Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise assembly and production processes for LED strip lights.
- Allocate tasks to workers and monitor work progress.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within set timelines.
- Maintain product quality by enforcing standards and conducting checks.
- Monitor usage of raw materials to reduce wastage.
- Coordinate with stores for timely material availability.
- Maintain shop floor cleanliness and follow safety protocols.
- Report daily production status to management.
- Train and guide workers for efficiency and skill improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years’ experience in production supervision in electronics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality checks, and basic machinery.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
