Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and updates. - Engage in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cobol Mainframe. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies. - Experience with debugging and troubleshooting application code. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
