Job Description We are seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Developer with over 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce development and a proven track record in delivering scalable and highquality solutions
Key Responsibilities Design develop test and deploy scalable Salesforce applications and custom solutions Customize Salesforce to meet specific business requirements using Apex Visualforce Lightning Components LWC and other Salesforce tools Integrate Salesforce with thirdparty applications and internal systems via RESTSOAP APIs Implement and manage complex flows process builders triggers and other advanced Salesforce automation tools Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Troubleshoot and resolve application and performance issues Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing UAT and postdeployment activities Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the timely and highquality delivery of solutions Maintain and ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices standards and security protocols Stay uptodate with the latest Salesforce features releases and industry trends
Key Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field 6 years of experience in Salesforce development with handson experience in Apex Visualforce and Lightning components Solid understanding of Salesforce declarative features like flows workflows process builder and validation rules Proficiency in Salesforce integration with external systems REST SOAP APIs Experience with Salesforce development tools eg Salesforce CLI Visual Studio Code Experience with Agile methodology and tools such as Jira or Trello Salesforce Developer certification Platform Developer I is preferred Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills Experience with Lightning Web Components LWC development Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud or Experience Cloud Familiarity with Git version control and CICD pipelines Experience with data migration tools like Data Loader Workbench or thirdparty ETL tools Knowledge of Salesforce security and data management best practices
