Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and technically skilled Administrator Executive to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the school. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency, excellent interpersonal abilities, and outstanding english communication skills to effectively coordinate with staff, parents, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Operations
- Manage daily administrative activities and ensure smooth functioning of school operations.
- Maintain accurate records, documents, and administrative databases.
- Coordinate internal communication and support various school departments.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and administrative follow-ups.
- Organizing school events, and supporting to organise meetings, trainings, and workshops.
- Handling House Keeping and Security Staff
- Keeping record of Inventory and overseeing the Inventory record
- Space management and upkeep of school premises
Technical & Digital Administration
- Manage and maintain school records using Google Workspace applications.
- Create and maintain Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Docs, and shared drives.
- Support staff with Google Workspace-related processes and troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper document management, digital filing, and data accuracy.
- Generate reports and maintain administrative dashboards as required.
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate professionally with parents, staff members, vendors, and visitors.
- Draft emails, notices, circulars, and official communications.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain effective communication between departments.
- Support admissions, parent engagement, and school administration activities as required.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides, Drive, Gmail, Calendar, and Groups) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to manage digital records and administrative systems efficiently.
- Strong data management and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
