Qualification
- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- B.E. Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- M.E. Electrical Engineering
- Equivalent qualifications in Electrical Engineering are also welcome.
Salary Structure
- Training Period (3 Months – Tamil Nadu): ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- After Successful Training & Deployment to Uganda: ₹60,000 – ₹65,000 per month (Based on skills and performance)

As part of our international expansion, we are hiring skilled professionals for our Uganda operations. Selected candidates will undergo a 3-month hands-on technical training program in Tamil Nadu, where they will gain practical experience in machine installation, industrial electrical systems, preventive maintenance, safety procedures, and operational standards.
Upon successful completion of the training program, candidates will be deployed to our project site in Uganda, where they will support installation, commissioning, electrical maintenance, automation, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, commission, and maintain industrial electrical systems and machinery.
- Perform electrical wiring for control panels, motors, sensors, drives, and industrial equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in production machinery.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
- Install and maintain electric motors, VFDs, MCC panels, control panels, and power distribution systems.
- Read, understand, troubleshoot, and perform basic modifications in PLC logic whenever required.
- Work with PLC-based automation systems and electrical control circuits.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, single-line diagrams, and circuit schematics.
- Ensure proper earthing, cable routing, and electrical safety compliance.
- Inspect electrical equipment regularly and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Mechanical Engineers and Technicians during machine installation and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and industrial safety procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical wiring.
- Experience working with three-phase electrical systems.
- Knowledge of motors, starters, relays, contactors, MCCBs, MCBs, and electrical control panels.
- Basic understanding of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
- Basic knowledge of PLC programming and PLC logic troubleshooting is mandatory.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems independently.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with electrical testing instruments.
- Good communication, teamwork, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate internationally and work in Uganda after successful completion of training.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / B.E. (EEE) / M.E. Electrical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- Experience in conveyor systems, dryers, burners, industrial machinery, material handling equipment, or automation is preferred.
- Experience working with PLC, VFD, HMI, sensors, and industrial automation systems will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and industrial safety practices.

Employment Contract
- Selected candidates will undergo 3 months of technical training in Tamil Nadu before international deployment.
- After successful completion of training, candidates will be deployed to Uganda under the company's employment contract.
- The company will provide the Employment Visa and international flight ticket for deployment to Uganda.
- During employment in Uganda, accommodation will be provided by the company.
- Employees will be eligible for a company-sponsored return air ticket to India once every two years, as per the employment contract.
- If an employee wishes to travel to India before completing the eligible contract period, the travel expenses shall be borne by the employee.
