Position: CNC Programming Trainer

Job Summary
Emancipation Edutech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Programming Trainer to train students and professionals in CNC machine programming, machining operations, CAD/CAM software, and manufacturing processes. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical and industry-oriented training to enhance learners' technical skills and employability.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training on CNC Programming and Machining.
- Teach CNC Milling, CNC Turning, VMC, HMC, and related manufacturing processes.
- Train students in G-Code, M-Code, Tool Selection, and Machine Setup.
- Deliver training on CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar tools.
- Develop training materials, assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Provide hands-on guidance during machine operations and programming exercises.
- Monitor student progress and maintain training records.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and industrial skill development programs.
- Assist students with project work, internships, and placement preparation.
- Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of CNC machines and lab equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of CNC Programming, Machining Processes, and CAD/CAM Software.
- Industry experience in CNC Operations, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering preferred.
- Good communication and training skills.
- Ability to teach both theoretical and practical concepts effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of VMC/HMC Programming.
- Experience with Mastercam, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar CAD/CAM tools.
- Understanding of Manufacturing Drawings, GD&T, and Tool Path Generation.
- Industrial project experience in CNC machining and production.
Pay: ₹300.00 - ₹500.00 per hour
