About the RoleThe Associate Centre Manager is the face of a Cultfit centre and is responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience, driving sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires strong ownership, customer centricity, and a passion for creating an energetic, service-driven fitness environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business GrowthOwn monthly targets for memberships, renewals, and upsells.
- Drive walk-in and trial conversions through effective consultations.
- Manage the entire membership conversion process with accurate and timely documentation.
- Centre Operations ManagementEnsure smooth day-to-day centre operations.
- Oversee class schedules, trainer punctuality, and session readiness.
- Conduct regular facility audits to maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
- Manage inventory and ensure timely replenishment of essentials.
- Address operational issues related to attendance, bookings, equipment, and facilities.
- Member Experience & EngagementBuild strong relationships with members and create a welcoming environment.
- Resolve member concerns and escalations effectively.
- Capture feedback from members and trainers to improve centre performance.
- Uphold Cultfit's service standards and represent the brand positively.
- What Success Looks LikeAchievement of membership sales and conversion targets.
- High member satisfaction and retention.
- Smooth and compliant centre operations.
- Strong audit scores and centre ambience.
Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- 0–5 years of experience in Sales, Operations, Retail, Hospitality, Customer Service, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability.
- Passion for fitness and wellness is an added advantage.
Work ScheduleStraight Shift
- Morning: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM
- Evening: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Split Shift (Business Requirement)
- Morning: 5:30 AM to 9:30 AM
- Evening: 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Weekly Off
- One rotational weekly off.
- 3Lpa Fixed salary + Performance-based incentives.
- Average monthly incentive payout up to ₹15,000.
