- End to End Recruitment
- Understand hiring requirements from departments
- Post job openings on job portals (Naukri, Indeed, apana, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Source, calling and screen candidates resume
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Conduct initial HR interviews
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and records
- Handle offer letter and joining formalities
